Description

Contemporary, modern, unmistakable - that is how this white wine from the Moselle can be described best. A ripe wine with fruit and finesse. Try this dry Riesling together with light meat, fish or vegetables. Also for the asparagus season, this Riesling is a great choice and will be a perfect companion for your dinner.

The grapes for this white wine are grown in our steepest vineyard which led to an ideal sun exposure. Furthermore, you can find slate soil in those vineyards, wich are especially common for the southern slope of the Mosel valley. The slate saves the heat of the sun and gives it back to the wine stock when the sun is gone. Moreover, cold air drains off quickly in those steep hills and the grapes can grow very well because it is never to cold for them. This combination is perfect to achieve great wine qualities and makes the Mosel wine so famous. Especially for Riesling wines the conditions cannot be better which you will taste at this dry white wine. Cheers!
