Description

First of all, what is definitely the most distinctive feature of this Pinot Gris: An incredibly flowery scent with nuances of tropical fruits. If you taste this white wine, you should take a few seconds to swirl the wine in the glass and smell it before the first sip to discover this special bouquet. Incidentally, this applies to all wines, since the smell is an essential factor for enjoyment.

Pinot Gris was probably brought to Germany from France and today the wine mostly comes from central European regions. It is characterized by low acidity and full-bodied extracts. This versatile white wine is a menu companion par excellence. In addition to young game and pork, this dry Pinot Gris also goes well with pasta with creamy sauces, juicy chicken, seafood and salads. An absolute all-rounder, with which we wish you a lot of fun!

Perfeckt

Grauburgunder, aber auch Weißburgunder sind exzellente Weine, die wir jederzeit widerbestellen würden. Wir haben die Wein mit 2 anderen Weingütern aus dem Gebiet Nahe verglichen, sie kommen nicht annähernd an die Qualität vom Weingut Matthy-Schanz
